As a former senior executive of large multinational company, operating in eight countries of the Asia-Pacific region, for the past nine years, his experiences cover the operations, marketing, franchise services, product, concept and business development.

A graduate with a degree in marketing and management, Pascal’s years of experience in the food and beverage industry have included the operations of a 440 seat, self-service restaurant in Paris, the creation of the first open-kitchen Tex-mex concept in France and in the developmental involvement of several other original concepts.

A man of detail, integrity and vision. He has a passionate, down-to-earth and experiential approach to the business of retail.

His true strength is in the ability to switch from composing and analysing the foundations of systems and financials to getting his hands “dirty” from creating an exceptional food or beverage product is one that is rare.
